What We Collect
If you contact us through the form, we receive only the information you choose to send:

- email address
- company name, if you choose to provide it
- message content
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and continue the related sales or support discussion.
What We Do Not Use
This website does not use cookies for tracking, analytics, advertising or profiling.
We do not run third-party advertising or tracking scripts on this site.
Local Browser Storage
The contact form stores the text of an unfinished message and the time it was saved in your browser’s local storage (localStorage). This allows the draft to be restored if you return to the form. Your name, email address and other contact fields are not stored this way.
The draft is retained for up to seven days after the latest edit. It is removed after a successful submission or when you empty the message. An expired draft is removed the next time the form is opened. The draft is not sent to Kurre IT until you submit the form.
The site may also store your light or dark theme preference in local storage. This functional information is not used for tracking.
A message in a pre-filled draft link may remain visible in the address bar and in browser or chat history. Do not include sensitive or confidential information in such links.
How Contact Messages Are Handled
Messages sent through the contact form are delivered through MailerSend so that Kurre IT can receive and reply to enquiries. The content of your message is processed only for communication related to your request.
Legal Basis
We process contact form submissions on the basis of legitimate interest, namely communicating with organisations and individuals who contact Kurre IT about its services.
Data Retention
We retain contact messages only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the enquiry, continue any related business discussion, or meet legal obligations.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data.
We share submitted information only with service providers that are necessary for operating the contact channel, such as MailerSend.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data you have submitted to us, subject to applicable legal obligations.
