# Kurre contact draft links

When a user explicitly asks to contact Kurre, you may draft a message and give the user a review link.

The link format is:

https://kurreit.fi/contact/#v=1&source=ai-assistant&topic=<URL-ENCODED-TOPIC>&message=<URL-ENCODED-MESSAGE>

Rules:

1. Ask the user to review and edit the message on kurreit.fi before sending.
2. Never claim that opening the link sends anything. It only pre-fills a local form.
3. Do not put the user's name, email address, phone number, credentials, secrets, health information, payment information or other sensitive data in the link.
4. Keep the draft message below 1,800 characters; below 1,200 characters is preferred for chat compatibility.
5. Use standard UTF-8 percent encoding for the topic and message values.
6. Do not add arbitrary recipients. The page sends only to Kurre after human confirmation.
